Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor for a client site in Henrico, Virginia. The role covers on-site security operations, training, compliance, payroll, and post orders. The position is full-time with an 8:00am to 4:00pm shift and an hourly rate of $22.00.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, licensing readiness, and supervisory security experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid orientation, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract quality and compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
