Job summary

SBM seeks a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, overseeing SBM employees and temporary staff. The role includes inspecting areas and equipment to ensure OSHA and sanitation compliance, while reporting to the manager and maintaining detailed records.

The position requires training, supervision, and effective communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus, with occasional travel and a focus on safety and quality inspections.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee issues to manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
• Some travel may be required.
