Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Site Supervisor who will safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, inspect areas and equipment, and ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

You will train and supervise staff, monitor operations, maintain records, report to the manager, and support continuous safety improvements; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good written and verbal skills with customer service focus.
• Ability to read and understand safety-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities and discipline as needed.
• Prepare written reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure use of PPE and safety compliance.
• Report personnel and customer issues to manager.
• Correct at risk behavior and report to the manager.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and maintain records.
• Possess familiarity with supervisor responsibilities.
• Some travel may be required for this position.
