Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, inspecting areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance. The role requires training and supervising staff, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining records.

You will oversee daily tasks, prepare reports, manage inventory, and ensure PPE usage. Some travel may be required, and the shift runs from 6pm to 2:30am with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is a plus and helpful for site coordination.
• Experience or training in safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Basic report writing and data tracking abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise program activities safely.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for compliance.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and monitor safety inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and track equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and report safety issues to the manager.
• Travel may be required for this position.
