Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Supervisor in Newark, DE to safely coordinate program activities and supervise staff including temporary workers. The role requires ensuring OSHA and sanitation compliance, training personnel, and maintaining equipment and supply inventories.

The position calls for 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and potential forklift certification; bilingual Spanish is a plus, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
May require a valid driver's license; Forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
Prepare written reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair; monitor supplies and inventory.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance.
Report employee and customer issues to manager; initiate corrective actions as needed.
Maintain records such as training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
