Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor in Leesburg, VA to safely coordinate program activities with SBM employees and temporary staff. The role includes inspecting areas for sanitation and OSHA compliance and directing daily operations.

You will train and supervise staff, monitor work, generate reports, manage inventory, and ensure PPE usage and safety standards. Some travel may be required; bilingual abilities and forklift familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
6 months to 1 year related experience or training preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus; strong communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor work activities within the program.
Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections and write reports.
Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair; track supplies and inventory.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance; report issues to manager.
Provide recommendations for corrective action and maintain training records.
Supervise and evaluate personnel, including hiring and discipline as needed.
