Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day location management within contractual guidelines.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Help maintain parking equipment and report safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Support in daily operations and be ready to substitute as needed.
• Be familiar with the garage layout, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
