Zusammenfassung

Fortrex seeks a Site Supervisor to manage hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons across our plants. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance while guiding staff in sanitation tasks.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with Site Management. Occasional shift variability and a dynamic production environment are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 or more months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills are required.
• General working knowledge of computers and technology including Microsoft Office
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations

Aufgaben

• Supervise the sanitation staff daily in designated departments.
• Assign work among sanitation leads and sanitizers.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
• Evaluate sanitation staff for promotions or changes in status.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, policies, and handbooks.
