Job summary

Friendship Community Care in Marshall, AR seeks a Site Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, serve as the main contact for staff and consumers on shift, and ensure compliance with all regulations while focusing on the well-being and achievement of individuals served.

You will mentor new staff, model professionalism, and work with management to resolve issues promptly, manage documentation and safety inspections, and maintain open communication for quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years' experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure voicemails are checked daily.
• Maintains communication log daily.
• Serves as the point of contact for all staff and consumers on their shift; consult with Service Coordinator to resolve issues as needed.
• Monitors client medications to ensure proper guidelines are followed, including documentation, refills, checking meds in, and related duties.
• Assures medication cabinet is always stocked.
• Assists with coordinating medical appointments.
• Follows all financial procedures for client accounts; assists with distributing checks and collecting receipts.
• Provides transportation for clients when needed.
• Assists clients with their goals and daily living.
• Assists with paperwork for facility vehicles and attends staff meetings.
• Mentors new staff and provides leadership for facility staff and consumers.
• Ensures waiver and residential staff adhere to schedules and procedures; reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Adheres to FCC and DHS incident reporting policies.
• Assists with filing, overtime management, and maintaining cleanliness of apartments.
• Conducts monthly HUD/Safety Inspections and health/safety inspections; records logs.
