Friendship Community Care in Marshall, AR seeks a Site Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, serve as the main contact for staff and consumers on shift, and ensure compliance with all regulations while focusing on the well-being and achievement of individuals served.

The Site Supervisor will be an integral part of the operations of the facility. This person will be a point of contact for consumers and other staff members and will work closely with management to ensure the operations of the facility are in compliance with all regulations and focused on the well-being and achievement of goals for the individuals served. The Site Supervisor will also be a mentor to new staff members and set an example for all staff at the facility. Due to the large number of staff and consumers at this site, this person needs to be able to address issues with confidence and professionalism.
