Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure a safe, welcoming facility, manage data fidelity, and support community programs across Older Adults and Food Distribution services. You will lead the Officer of the Day and Food Distribution Specialists, ensuring accurate data collection and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include data entry across Stars, AS400, Salesforce, and other systems; producing reports for funders; coordinating with senior leadership; and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years of data management/administration experience.
• Willingness to work in a team and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency procedures and incident responses.
• Provide security checks every 45 minutes.
• Supervise staff per YMCA policies and best practices.
• Maintain and input data across multiple databases (Stars, PeerPlace, AS400, Salesforce).
• Prepare program reports for internal, city, and state funders.
