Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Site Supervisor at the Flatbush YMCA to ensure a safe, secure environment for visitors and oversee data collection and reporting for Older Adults, Food Distribution, and other programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field and at least two years of supervisory and data-management experience.

You will supervise staff, complete incident reports, and manage data across Stars, AS400, Salesforce, and other systems to demonstrate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data management analysis, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or related IT field.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of two years of data management and/or administration experience.
CPR/AED certifications are required.
F80 and food handling certification is required.
Must attend the MOD training within three months of hire.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Manage emergency situations per YMCA procedures.
Provide security and site supervision during shifts.
Enter and maintain data in multiple databases (Stars, PeerPlace, AS400, Salesforce).
Prepare program reports for internal, city, and state use.
Coordinate data collection policies and methods across programs.
Train and develop team members in data policies and methods.
