Flatbush YMCA seeks a Site Supervisor to ensure a safe, welcoming environment across all facility areas. This role oversees data collection, input, reporting, and contract data fidelity supporting Older Adults, Food Distribution, and other programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in data management analysis, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or related IT field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two years of data management and/or administration experience.
• Willingness to work in a team and build positive relationships with participants and partners.
• Current CPR/AED certifications.
• F80 and Food handling certification.
• Must attend the YMCA MOD training within three months of hire.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; Windows-based databases.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage data across multiple databases and report data.

Responsabilidades

• Manage emergency situations following established procedures.
• Supervise staff per YMCA policies.
• Perform security checks every 45 minutes.
• Maintain and organize data across multiple databases for program reports.
• Coordinate reporting to government and private funders.
• Train and develop team members in policies and methods.
• Complete MOD reports within 24 hours of shift.
• Organize intake, progress notes, attendance, and interactions in databases.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with funder regulations.
