Job summary

The Flatbush YMCA, part of The YMCA of Greater New York, seeks a Site Supervisor to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will handle data collection, reporting, and program support across Older Adults and Food Distribution initiatives.

Responsibilities include security rounds, incident reporting, and managing data across databases like AS400, Salesforce, and Stars. A bachelor’s in IT/CS/related field and 2+ years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management analysis, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or other IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with data management and/or administration.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with participants and the community.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; strong data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency situations following established procedures.
• Provide security checks of the facility every 45 minutes.
• Supervise staff according to YMCA policies and best practices.
• Enter and maintain data across multiple databases and prepare program reports.
• Coordinate reporting to government and private funders with accurate metrics.
