Job summary

YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Site Supervisor at the Flatbush branch to ensure a safe, welcoming environment and oversee data-related programs for Older Adults and Food Distribution. You will lead the Officer of the Day and Food Distribution Specialists while enforcing safety protocols and reporting requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field, at least two years of supervisory and data-management experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management analysis or related IT field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two years of data management and/or administration experience.
• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with participants and the community.
• Current CPR/AED certifications.
• F80 and Food handling certification.
• Attend MOD Training within three months of hire.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical and analytic skills.
• Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work with others.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency situations according to procedures.
• Supervise staff per YMCA policies.
• Conduct facility security checks every 45 minutes.
• Collect and input data across databases and generate program reports for internal, city, and state use.
• Coordinate data reporting to government and private funders.
• Train and develop team on data policies.
