Johnson Controls is hiring for an onsite Site Supervisor in Kenosha, WI, overseeing construction efforts to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate with subcontractors on large projects and align objectives with the project plan.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in commercial/industrial building construction, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate’s degree preferred in construction or related field.
• 7–10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in commercial/industrial building construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Our Site Supervisors oversee total construction effort to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Supervises site activities with subcontractors on large projects ($1M+).
• Coordinates with other site contractors to ensure contract terms are met.
• Identifies objectives aligned to scope, budget and schedule.
• Performs daily quality control and inspections.
• Provides progress updates for master plan and variance analysis.
• Acts as Project Safety program coordinator.
• Coordinates with Systems and Services teams for resources.
• Resolves conflicts in sequencing and unforeseen conditions.
• Manages site access and environment conditions.
• Supports Project Manager in risk management and recovery planning.
