Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee total construction efforts, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule. You will lead a team of subcontractors on large projects and coordinate with multiple site contractors to maintain compliance and progress.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction, strong coordination and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%. A competitive benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of project coordination and supervision in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proficient in project management processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives aligned to scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure quality control and scope compliance via daily site inspections.
• Submit regular progress updates for master plan/schedule variances.
• Act as Project Safety program coordinator.
• Coordinate with Systems and Services teams to allocate resources.
• Resolve site conflicts and sequencing issues.
• Coordinate facility access and site-working environments.
• Assist Project Manager in risk management and recovery plans.
