Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee total construction efforts, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment. You will supervise site activities with subcontractors on large projects above $1M and coordinate with other teams to meet contract terms.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong PM skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%. A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred, with a focus on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate’s degree preferred with 7–10 years of direct project coordination and supervision.
• Proficient in project management processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated excellence in coordination skills and supervising large projects.
• High-level written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives aligned to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure quality control and scope compliance through daily inspections.
• Submit regular progress updates for master plan/schedule and variance reporting.
• Act as Project Safety program coordinator and allocate resources.
• Resolve site conflicts and coordinate access for smooth work flow.
• Assist Project Manager in risk management and recovery planning.
• Ensure subcontractor expectations are understood and met.
• Maintain project documentation in compliance with contracts.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
