Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring a Site Supervisor in Kenosha, WI to oversee on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project alignment with scope, budget and schedule.

You will coordinate resources, monitor safety, and deliver regular progress updates while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. This role requires travel up to 100% and a background in commercial/industrial building projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated excellence in coordination and supervision of large projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is built per scope, budget and schedule.
• Supervise site activities for JCI resources with subcontractors on large projects of $1M+ cost.
• Coordinate with site contractors to ensure compliance with project terms and conditions.
• Submit regular progress updates for master plan/schedule and variance analysis.
• Act as Project Safety program coordinator and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Resolve site conflicts and ensure proper site-working environments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prime contractors and subcontractors.
