PAGE G.T.C INC in Peekskill, NY is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure production requirements are met, manage staff, and maintain a safe, efficient worksite.

You will oversee drivers and equipment, coordinate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while complying with FMCSA and safety policies.

This full-time role offers a structured schedule (6AM–3:30PM) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Class A CDL and CMV driving experience.
• FMCSA requirements knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Onsite Drivers and maintains a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace.
• Enforce loading, unloading, and tipping procedures.
• Manage staff levels and weekly hours to minimize overtime.
• Submit daily yard checks to dispatch and management.
• Coordinate with maintenance and repair vendors for equipment.
• Ensure PPE, FMCSA and safety policy adherence.
• Perform FMCSA pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain truck, yard and office cleanliness.
