• Tracks daily yard activity and ensures DVIR compliance.
• Coordinates with maintenance and vendors for equipment service.
• Ensures PPE and safety requirements are followed.
• Performs FMCSA pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintains yard, truck, and office cleanliness.
• Serves as the communication link between customer plants and drivers.

The role of site supervisor is to manage staff, minimize wasted capacity and overtime, manage onsite equipment and meet production goals.Duties and responsibilitiesSupervises Onsite Drivers.
