Job summary

Imagic Interiors is seeking a Site Supervisor (Interiors) to oversee interior project execution from start to handover. You will manage the site, keep work on schedule and within budget, coordinate labour and trades, and ensure quality aligns with design.

The role requires hands-on leadership, organization, and ownership of site operations across multiple locations, with strong English and local-language communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
• Strong communication in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations.
• Basic accounting or billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned project sites independently, including daily progress, site discipline, and safety.
• Read and follow drawings, layouts, and specifications from the design team, and flag issues before they become costly.
• Plan and sequence work across trades, and keep the project timeline on track.
• Manage labour contractors and subcontractors: scheduling, quality checks, and accountability for deliverables.
• Verify contractor and supplier bills against work completed and approved quantities before payment.
• Track material and labour costs against budget, and report variances to the founder early.
• Identify opportunities to increase project profitability, including scope additions and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain site records: daily progress logs, photos, material receipts, change orders, and client communication notes.
• Coordinate client walkthroughs, snag lists, and final handover.
• Enforce safety standards and site housekeeping on every project.
• Mentor junior site staff and support the design team with on-site feedback.

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day execution of interior projects, from the first day of work to final handover. You'll manage the site, keep work on schedule and within budget, coordinate labour contractors and trades, and make sure quality matches the design. You'll also keep the project financially healthy by verifying bills and watching costs. This role suits someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable taking full ownership of a site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects, ideally in residential or commercial interiors.
• Working knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work sequences.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, layouts, and BOQs (bills of quantities).
• Experience managing labour contractors and holding them to timelines and quality standards.
• Basic accounting or billing knowledge, including checking invoices and tracking cost variances.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, and workers.
• Sound judgment on safety, quality, and site conduct.
• Reliable transport to project sites and a willingness to work across multiple locations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management or estimation software.
• Familiarity with design-build workflows or working alongside interior designers.
• Experience handling client expectations on premium or detailed interior work.
