Milestone Career Planner is seeking a creative Interior Designer to lead design concepts, space planning, material selection, and project coordination from concept to completion.

The role requires strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple residential and commercial projects, with close collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality results. Experience with budgeting and BOQ preparation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of residential/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts based on client requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, 2D plans, 3D renders, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Review and approve samples, mock-ups, and onsite workmanship.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and design standards.
