Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in construction industry.
• OSHA-30 training completed.
• EM-385 training preferred.
• Experience supervising self-perform work preferred.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Live the company values and build high-quality projects.
• Manage daily field personnel, subs and suppliers.
• Implement safety and quality plan on site; lead toolbox talks and inspections.
• Mentor junior field staff and provide coaching.
• Communicate with jobsite teams and lead meetings.
• Manage project changes, RFIs, submittals, and change directives.
• Log daily field reports in Procore with photos.
• Create and maintain a 4-week master schedule and hold subs accountable.
• Coordinate pre-construction, progress, and pay meetings.
• Oversee self-perform crews and monitor project budget.
• Coordinate inspections and AHJ requirements; project close-out.
