Job summary

The Peterson Company, LLC is seeking a Superintendent 3 to lead on-site safety, quality, and schedule coordination for commercial construction projects. You will serve as the primary interface with the design team and Owner, collaborating with the Project Manager and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in superintendent roles within commercial construction, OSHA 30 certification, and strong leadership, communication, and scheduling

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent or equivalent in commercial construction.
Must have 30-hour OSHA certified.
Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Strong leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site safety, quality, and schedule across projects from kickoff to closeout.
Maintain Peterson standards of quality and safety with the construction team.
Mentor and develop other team members while managing projects.
Collaborate with Project Manager, project team, and subcontractors.
Represent the company professionally with integrity and accountability.
