Job summary

Poettker Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent to lead site installations and direct field crews in accordance with company policy and project specifications. The role requires hands-on fieldwork, strong safety and quality focus, and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction, OSHA-30, and experience supervising self-perform work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in construction industry.
• OSHA-30 training is required.
• EM-385 training preferred.
• Experience supervising self-perform work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily field management of field personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Implement safety and quality plan on the jobsite; lead toolbox talks and inspections.
• Mentor junior field staff and provide coaching to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed field reports in Procore with photos.
• Create and maintain a 4-week schedule and coordinate with project team.
