Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead field coordination on large construction projects in Illinois. You will work closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to maintain safety, quality, schedule and productivity on site.

Key responsibilities include leading subcontractors across multiple disciplines, tracking progress with three‑week look‑ahead schedules, coordinating deliveries, and reviewing drawings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of large construction project experience.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Semiconductor/high-tech construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM/BIM360/BIM Field preferred.
