Responsibilities

• Develop a site-specific safety program per Ryan policies.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and track CPM schedule and project timeline.
• Assist in development and review of the project budget and stay within it.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor the Quality Control program.
• Maintain daily documentation and file management.
• Lead required meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
