Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead bidding, planning, and day-to-day operations at our Omaha-area location. You will supervise industrial insulation, scaffolding, and cleaning crews, manage safety programs, and serve as the main client liaison.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment, 10,000–40,000 psi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function in high-paced or stressful environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew performing high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and general cleanup in a plant setting.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, and verify equipment availability to complete jobs safely.
• Drive and haul equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Demonstrate the value and practical benefits of services tailored to client needs.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA and company Safety Program.
• Promote a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Serve as liaison for site leadership and maintain positive client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.
