Job summary

The Site Superintendent at hth companies will lead bid, planning, and execution for industrial insulation, scaffolding, and cleaning projects at assigned locations. You will supervise crews, coordinate safety and equipment, and serve as the primary client liaison, attending meetings on behalf of the company.

We seek a candidate with 5–7 years in construction/industrial fields, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced or stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising a crew involving high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify equipment availability onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects, clients and vendors to determine needs, recommending services that align with requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and our Safety Program.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for site leadership and maintains positive client relations.
• Develops and maintains a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties as required or assigned.
