Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC leads field oversight at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, coordinating daily plans with subcontractors, access, permits, and safety.

You will align work with the CPM schedule, track progress, and report constraints and recovery actions to the ERP Project Manager. This is a full-time, project-based role requiring strong leadership across trades and disciplined field documentation.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant industrial construction field leadership.
• Experience supervising multiple trades at operating facilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications and lead short-interval field planning.
• Ability to meet installation access, safety, information-handling, and assignment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate field leads and crews into the daily CPM-driven plan.
• Verify access, permits, utility locates, temporary facilities, deliveries, laydown, and safe simultaneous operations before work.
• Coordinate Building 15, substations, fuel work, and road or security impacts with plant representatives through approved channels.
• Attend preparatory and initial QC meetings and ensure deficiencies are assigned and closed without displacing the CQC Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily field records, staffing and production status, constraints, and recovery actions for the ERP PM.
