Qualifications

• Ten years of managing complex federal or industrial construction.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar industrial construction or power-infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage a federal prime contract and subcontract workshare.
• Meet installation access, safety, information-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish ERP project execution plan, responsibility matrix, decision and risk registers, and a Government meeting cadence.
• Lead weekly USACE progress meetings and translate decisions into actions, schedule updates, and controlled correspondence.
• Review progress, procurement, change exposure, quality, safety, and cash forecasts before certifying ERP reports.
• Require approved procedures and restoration plans before outages or energized cutovers affecting plant operations.
• Drive system-based commissioning readiness, training, punchlist closure, and final acceptance with EPC and OEM teams.
