ICM, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead industrial construction projects across the Midwest, including ethanol facilities and bio-refineries.
The role requires strong field experience, P&ID and engineering drawing literacy, and collaboration with process and design teams. Responsibilities include directing field staff, managing budgets and schedules, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Location: Projects primarily across the Midwest; no relocation required.
Schedule: Rotational—3 weeks on site / 1 week home, designed to protect family time while supporting project delivery.

The Site Superintendent position is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of industrial construction, design, and process for ethanol plants and bio-refineries.
Bachelor degree in Construction Science or Engineering discipline preferred
Must possess current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions. 75% travel required.
