Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead industrial construction projects across the Midwest, including ethanol facilities and bio-refineries.

The role requires strong field experience, P&ID and engineering drawing literacy, and collaboration with process and design teams. Responsibilities include directing field staff, managing budgets and schedules, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction (civil, mechanical, electrical) project management experience.
• Previous field experience in industrial construction.
• Supervisory experience required; ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project staff through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Assess project feasibility, risks, budgets, and schedules with the team.
• Coordinate with design and process departments to ensure design conformance.
• Direct subcontractor activities and manage on-site progress and safety.
• Communicate project status to senior management and resolve issues.
