Job summary

ADP is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to support construction project activities on site in Colwich, KS. You will assist with schedule tracking, material logistics, and coordination with trades to keep projects on time and within budget.

This summer role provides hands-on experience in field operations, vendor interactions, safety practices, and document control while you study Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college program related to Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress by percent complete for trades.
• Assist with material requisitions and ordering.
• Attend project and vendor meetings.
• Support project schedule updates and logistics on-site.
• Assist with change orders and cost impact assessments.
• Ensure safety policies are followed during site activities.
