Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead industrial construction, design, and process activities for ethanol plants and bio-refineries.

The role requires managing multi-discipline teams, coordinating with process and piping design, and ensuring compliance with safety and project specs on site. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in industrial construction with supervisory experience, strong proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore, and Bluebeam, and the ability to travel 75% to sites

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred.
7+ years construction project management (civil, mechanical, electrical) required.
Previous field experience required.
Industrial construction experience required.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Microsoft Project experience required; AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in construction, design and process for ethanol plants and bio-refineries.
Lead, coach, and mentor project team staff to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
Interface with engineering and design teams to align layouts with specifications.
Direct sub-contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Review progress via site walks and communicate risks and resolutions to management.
