Ashton North is recruiting a Site Superintendent to lead field installation on a hyperscale data center project in Manassas. This is a hands‑on field leadership role with authority over sequencing, crew assignments, production, lift‑plan approval, and stop‑work decisions.
You’ll direct work through an Assistant Superintendent, crew leads, and a Rigging Foreman. You’ll also coordinate with the general contractor and other trades while working closely with dedicated safety and quality managers.
Data center white‑space experience and NCCCO Rigger or Signalperson certification are preferred.
The anticipated start is November 2026, with work scheduled through project completion in May 2027. The standard schedule is five 10-hour shifts per week. Overtime is paid at 1.5× the hourly rate for hours over 40 in a workweek. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available where eligible. Travel and per diem terms for candidates outside the commuting area are determined at offer.
The role requires regular work across an active construction site, including stairs, ladders, and aerial work platforms. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and meet site badging, background screening, drug screening, safety, and security requirements.
