Ashton North LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a data center installation. This on-site contract role requires leading crews, coordinating with rigging, layout and materials, and taking field authority when the Site Superintendent is away or a second shift is running.

Responsibilities include directing daily work plans against look-ahead schedules, leading shift handoffs, tracking completed work and open issues, and ensuring QC coverage at hold points.

Competenze

• 7+ years of field construction experience, including 2+ as a general foreman or assistant superintendent.
• Experience with structural or mechanical assembly, drawings, crew direction and multi-shift coordination.
• OSHA 30 Construction and First Aid/CPR/AED credentials satisfied.

Assistant Superintendent

Manassas, Virginia | On site | Contract | $58–$72 per hour

Lead installation crews on a major Manassas data center project and take field authority when the Site Superintendent is away or a second shift is running.

What you will do

What we are looking for

Assignment details

Expected start: November 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
