Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field construction experience, including 2+ as a general foreman or assistant superintendent.
• Experience with structural or mechanical assembly, drawings, crew direction and multi-shift coordination.
• OSHA 30 Construction and First Aid/CPR/AED credentials satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew leads against daily work plans and look-ahead schedules; coordinate sequencing with rigging, layout and materials.
• Lead shift handoffs, track completed work and open issues, and ensure inspection hold points have QC coverage.
• Enforce pre-task plans and site safety requirements; verify production quantities for daily reporting.
