BEAR Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent (Renewable Energy Division) to lead field activities on rooftop and ground-mount solar projects in Illinois. You will oversee safety, quality, planning and documentation, coordinating with BEAR teams, owners, and trade partners to maintain schedules and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and coordinate schedule look-ahead and progress with the project team.
• Enforce safety, quality, and proper site housekeeping on the project.
• Coordinate with BEAR project team, owners, architects/engineers, trades, contractors, and suppliers.
• Document daily activities including safety records, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and punch items.
• Support multi-scope delivery, QC, inspections, and material verification.
• Manage equipment, materials, and site logistics with permit agencies as needed.
