Job summary

INEOS Acetyls is seeking a Utilities Project & Safety Specialist to lead all Manufacturing department activities related to project execution, vessel inspections, and safety coaching. The role includes serving as process control board vacation relief and ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and environmental regulations.

The position requires 5+ years in chemical manufacturing operations, HSSE expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while driving safety improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operator experience in chemical manufacturing.
• HSSE and safety program knowledge required.
• Must have or obtain TWIC card prior to first day of employment.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead all Manufacturing department aspects of project execution and vessel inspections.
• Provide safety coaching and auditing for asset operations teams.
• Act as process control board vacation relief.
• Coordinate safety measures, training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Drive schedule and budget compliance for manufacturing elements of projects.
