INEOS Acetyls is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Asset Care Lead to develop and execute the site infrastructure, building, and asset care strategy. You will own asset integrity, CAPEX planning, and lifecycle management for facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective site operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with maintenance and reliability groups, and drive continuous improvement while meeting regulatory requirements and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction, asset care, or engineering in a chemical or heavy industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems including buildings, utilities, and facility systems.
• Experience with FEL, budgeting, and execution of capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute site infrastructure, building, and asset care plans.
• Develop and manage multi-year CAPEX investment plans with risk analysis.
• Oversee construction, field execution, and turnaround activities.
• Ensure safety, SHE compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and contractors to meet objectives.
