Qualifications

• 18 Years of Age with a High School diploma or GED
• 10+ years plant operations experience with process troubleshooting
• 5+ years Console Operator experience
• Supervisory experience preferred; required if <5 years in plant ops within company
• Must possess TWIC card before first day
• Current valid US motor vehicle license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Meet SHE objectives and comply with governmental laws at a manufacturing site
• Serve as on-site Incident Commander during emergencies and coordinate response
• Lead shift safety meetings and ensure safety-focused mindset across operations
• Drive improvements in housekeeping, civils, and asset condition to annual targets
