Job summary

INEOS ACETYLS CHEMICALS TEXAS CITY, INC. is seeking a Utilities Project & Safety Specialist to lead manufacturing project execution, vessel inspections, and safety coaching.

This role also supports HSSE compliance and serves as process control board vacation relief for the asset operations team. Responsibilities include driving safety programs, regulator compliance, and training to improve KPIs across safety, environmental, quality, reliability, and cost.

Qualifications

• 18 Years of Age with a High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of Operator experience in chemical manufacturing.
• 2+ years Console Operator experience or equivalent knowledge.
• TWIC card prior to first day of employment.
• Current, valid driver's license in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Manufacturing department project execution and vessel inspections.
• Provide safety coaching, audits, and HSSE compliance leadership.
• Serve as process control board vacation relief and mentor crews.
• Develop training and coaching for safety plans and permits.
