Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or SH&E related field
• 7–10 years in SH&E roles with site leadership experience within manufacturing
• Certifications in SH&E (CSP/CIH/OHST/NEBOSH) are beneficial
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate across levels
• Detail-oriented with strategic and tactical thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead Site SH&E culture and coach leaders
• Develop SH&E priorities with KPIs and drive performance
• Maintain audit-ready compliance with SH&E policies and external regs
• Develop SH&E programs and training for measures and precautions
• Lead risk assessment and hazard prevention efforts
• Investigate SH&E incidents and drive root-cause analysis
• Manage injury case processes and reporting
• Coach SH&E talent and provide mentorship
• Provide liaison and technical support across the function
• Contribute to SH&E sustainability initiatives
