The ideal candidate has a HS diploma and hands-on maintenance experience, with preferred technical certification in HVAC or electrical work. This full-time position emphasizes safety and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or relevant certification (HVAC, electrical license) preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance, repair, and upkeep of site infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building structures.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of critical systems.
• Respond promptly to and resolve emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
