Hudbay in Arizona is seeking a Site Services Technician I at the Copper World Project, located about 45 minutes southwest of Tucson near Sahuarita. You will perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and upkeep of critical site infrastructure across field, office, and workshop facilities.

Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor I, you will diagnose issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting continuous operations and teamwork with fellow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A technical degree or relevant certification (e.g., HVAC, electrical license) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on maintenance or facilities role (based on related Supervisor requirements).

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime on critical infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain records and comply with safety and quality standards.
