Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Supervisor I, Site Services for the Lake Charles Refinery, based in Westlake, LA. You will lead a maintenance team across shifts to keep facilities safe, reliable, and running at their best.

You will coordinate daily work, plan short-term schedules, and drive safety and efficiency while coaching staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year in maintenance, operations, or similar roles.
• Travel up to 5%.
• Operate company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads up to X%.
• Work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Transport articles up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs up to 200 feet.
• Wear fire retardant clothing and PPE.
• Obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance and service employees on your assigned shift, clearly explaining daily plans and how they support site goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign short-term work schedules and resources to meet time, quality, and cost targets.
• Oversee site maintenance activities from routine tasks to complex repairs, ensuring safety and standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems issues and coordinate emergency repairs.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regs.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing team and coach members.
• Coordinate across operations to remove obstacles and streamline work flow.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Adapt plans as conditions change and manage outages or unplanned work.
