Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Shift Supervisor II to lead a team of shift operators in refinery operations. You will guide daily plans, monitor performance, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, scheduling, maintenance prep, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet production goals while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of operations experience in the Energy Industry.
• Willing to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of shift operators to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Guide the team in executing daily plans, monitoring performance and safety standards.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources and oversee maintenance preparation.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Foster open communication to align and motivate staff.
• Partner with other departments to optimize operations and resolve issues.
• Administer labor contracts and handle payroll and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for effective operations.
• Supervise emergency response efforts and contribute to data reporting.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
