Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in craft; or 2 years' craft experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints to determine requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of a single crew.
• Promote safety culture and perform pre-job safety planning.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to contractor specs.
• Assign tasks, manage materials, and maintain accurate time records.
